How to get a refund
Email [email protected] within 14 days of buying the Speech Pack and say you’d like your money back. That’s the whole process. No questions, no forms, no “help us understand why”. You get a full refund of the Speech Pack. Your 14 days start on the day of purchase, and writing from the email on your receipt helps us find it fast.
Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so the money goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to show up.
Why we do this
We’d rather refund you than have you stand up at a wedding with a speech you don’t believe in. A guarantee this blunt only works if the speeches are good, which is the point: it keeps us honest.
