ToastSmith

The terms

Terms you can actually read.

Last updated June 11, 2026

These are the terms for using ToastSmith. They’re short because the deal is simple, and by using the site you’re agreeing to them.

Who you’re dealing with

ToastSmith is operated by an individual, Adarsh Mishra, not a company. When you email [email protected], the person who built this reads it and answers. That has a practical upside: questions about your data, your draft, or your refund reach one accountable human, not a queue.

What ToastSmith is

ToastSmith helps you write a wedding speech. You talk about someone you love, and the interview turns your answers into a draft you can shape until it sounds like you. The words on the card are drafted with AI from your stories; the delivery on the day is gloriously up to you.

You need to be 18

ToastSmith is for adults. By using it you confirm you are at least 18, or older if that’s the age of majority where you live. The service isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used ToastSmith, email [email protected] and we’ll delete what we hold.

Early access, honestly

ToastSmith is new and in early access, and the service is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and the writing good, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free while it’s this young. If something breaks on you, email us and we’ll make it right.

The free draft is yours

The free draft is yours to use. Read it at the wedding, edit it beyond recognition, print it on heavy paper. We claim no ownership over your stories or the speech written from them, and the same goes for everything in a purchased Speech Pack.

Paying, when that opens

The Speech Pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. When purchases go live, payments will be handled by Dodo Payments acting as the merchant of record, which means Dodo is the seller on your receipt and processes the payment.

Every purchase comes with a 14-day, no-questions, money-back guarantee. The whole policy lives on the refunds page and is even shorter than this one.

Acceptable use

Use ToastSmith for real speeches about real people in your life. Don’t impersonate someone else, don’t use it to harass, humiliate, or abuse anyone, and don’t try to break, overload, or game the service. Bring real stories, not someone else’s private details they’d hate to hear at a wedding.

ToastSmith doesn’t write cruelty, and we may refuse or withdraw access from anyone trying to use it that way.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and continuing to use ToastSmith means you accept the update. We’ll keep them this readable.
